Managing Director of Ubombo Sugar Limited
Mr. Siyaya is the Managing Director of Ubombo Sugar Limited and a seasoned executive with 30 years of experience across Eswatini and South Africa.He previously held senior leadership roles at MTN, Cell C, Primedia, Dimension Data, and GIBB Engineering, where he led large, multidisciplinary teams and oversaw capital-intensive projects.
Gciniwe Fakudze
CEO of Municipal Council of Mbabane
Gciniwe Fakudze is a distinguished executive and veteran public administrator with over 25 years of leadership experience across the public and private sectors in Eswatini. As the first woman to lead the Municipal Council of Mbabane, she is recognized for her expertise in urban governance, town planning, and customer experience.

With a career foundation at PricewaterhouseCoopers, I built strong expertise in accounting and finance before joining ENPF in 2007. Rising from Management and Investment Accountant to General Manager of Business Development and Finance, I led strategic initiatives that drove growth and operational excellence. Embracing digital innovation as a catalyst for efficiency, I have consistently leveraged technology to enhance organizational performance.
